Do you hyperventilate when the VISA bill arrives?

Are you tired of being broke and living paycheck to paycheck?

We know how you feel. We've been there.

Sleepless nights wondering how you ever will pay the bills. Check. Done that.
Feeling overwhelmed and tied up in knots because there is not enough money to enjoy your life. Check. Done that too.

Not having the money to do the things you want can hurt. Really hurt.

But we don't feel that pain anymore.

We learned to save money, build wealth, and live a great life. And now we're on a mission to help wonderful, deserving people like you take their life back.

It can be done if you get on a plan and stick to it.

Sure, it will take some grit and determination, but we want you to know that the end result will be well worth it.

You only have one life. Make the most of it.

Welcome!

I grew up in Georgia (I know that you're thinking about the state of Georgia, but that's not where I'm from).

Georgia is a tiny country located on the dividing line between Asia and Europe. I always felt it was one of the world's most beautiful places. It's soaring mountains and tropical rain forests are absolutely spectacular. Well known for its hospitable people, plentiful food, and fine wine, Georgia was the the paradise I always thought would be my home.

Unfortunately, my beautiful country was challenged by political upheaval when I was in college.
Tanks roamed the city center and one of my close friends was killed in a gunfight. Our electricity was limited to an hour a day. In desperation, my mother, father, brother, and I had to burn tires in our apartment stove for their warmth because our heat was cut off all winter. I had to leave my family when the money ran out. I did not want to leave, but there was no choice. I left my home for the United States and started working as a health aide so I could support my family.

Living in such difficult conditions was like a crash course in budgeting. You have no idea what you can do until you are forced to make a go of it. I hope you never get to the point I did. Believe me, burning tires in order to keep warm was pure survival mode. I don't wish that on anyone.

Fortunately, my life changed for the better when I met my wonderful husband Joel. We have been married for 17 years. Life has blessed us with our son Joseph who is 14 years old. He is an High Honors Student, soccer player, and video gamer (we're not too excited about the video games, but his grades are exceptional, so we let him enjoy himself).

My mission is to help people live the life they have always dreamed of. I see too many people struggling financially today. This really hurts me. I feel your pain. I've been there. This doesn't have to be that happen. What's often lacking is a financial strategy that's easy to follow. You can accomplish incredible things with your life. I truly believe that our life is limited only by the limitations we place upon ourselves.

In my free time, I volunteer at the local library helping new immigrants improve their language skills. This brings me great joy. I enjoy reading and making scrumptious chocolate chip cookies.

Joel

Hello.

I'm fascinated with budgets. I know this sounds so weird. I can't help it. That's just the way I am.

Most people cringe when they think of budgeting. They believe they will have to say "no" to all the things they really love. They wonder if they will have to eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches every day and walk to work for the rest of their lives.

My view of budgets focuses on expansion.

A well planned budget is your key to unlocking the door of "freedom." It allows you to do things that you enjoy and visit places you would like go.

Sometimes you can simply reallocate your income and enjoy life on your terms. But often, this won't work. Then you must focus on growing your income so you have room in your budget for the "fun stuff."

I'm a big goal setter. Twice a day I write down my goals (first thing in the morning and last thing before I turn out the light at night).  Writing my goals inspires me to be focused on what I want to bring into my life. I have financial goals and family goals. I have health, business, personal, intellectual, and spiritual goals.  I believe that a person without goals is like a ship without a rudder. They tend to drift aimlessly through the day and often end up stranded on the rocks. A person with goals sails straight and true. Their goals are their map and compass. They know exactly where they are going and get their quickly.

I'm also a big believer in "compound thinking." The future is what you make of it. You create your own destiny. The decisions you make today create the life you will live five, ten, and twenty years from now. Surprisingly, the small decisions we make every day shape our lives immensely in the future. From what you eat, where you work, whether you exercise, how you invest your money, the people you choose to spend your time with, whether you choose to think positively or negatively, your decisions all compound and influence your future. Small decisions made today can create mammoth changes twenty years from now.

My mission is to help people maximize their money as well as their time. We all have the same 1440 minutes in each day. How we choose to use that time will determine our financial future. Either we wander through each day with little rhyme or reason or we follow a well thought out plan that allows us to accomplish more in a year than most people accomplish in five. The way we budget our money influences whether we struggle with fear and financial stress or whether we live the life of our dreams. The choice is ours to make.

In my free time, I enjoy hiking and throwing a football around with my son. I always have a book in my hands (I read 2-3 books in a week). I like to cook. Many people tell me I make the best chili around.
